The Top 5 Process© designed by 2i international engages all members of staff – from management to workbench – by pursuing well defined business objectives, and breaking them down into the respective area of responsibility for each employee. The monitoring and tracking of the various project initiatives is managed by a “Project Office”, which ensures tight project controlling. This task is usually under the responsibility of one of our consultants when Top 5-Process© is in its initial phase, and then handed over to the customer.
