  1. Assessment Phase
    At first 2i international gathers information about the existing situation and validates individual requirements. On the one hand we define the deliverables, time frame, scope of the project as well as the expectations of stakeholders. On the other hand we identify levers and barriers of the business, define capability and resource gaps of the organization and specify costs to manage the turnaround and transformation of the company.
     
  2. Definition of Change Program
    To qualify a realizable turnaround and transformation program, we conduct focused analyses of improvement potentials and opportunities in detail and evaluate alternatives. Also we ensure buy-in of the board, the organization and align shareholder and management interests. The results of this stage are clearly defined change projects, cost cutting initiatives, reengineered processes and probably an adjusted business model.
     
  3. Execution of Change Program
    In this phase we install a project office and launch all required change initiatives to achieve the objectives of the turnaround program. We control all developments and closely monitor the implementation of the change program. Not only we provide the management capabilities and functional expertise to accelerate change and gain "Quick Wins", but often we take over as interim managers, if appropriate human resources within the company are missing.
     
  4. Ensure Implementation
    Finally, 2i international measures the change in performance and conducts additional reviews and workshops to anchor the various change initiatives in the organization. Besides we anticipate emerging requirements and possibly fine tune change projects.
